Today in Obama’s nationally televised 30 minute spot, he said tax cuts for all those making under $200,000. But he has consistantly said in stump speeches and debates those making $250,000.

You have to pay close attention because Obama makes a habit of using these two phrases alternately:
“No new taxes for those earning under $250K.”
“A tax cut for those earning under $200K.”
Essentially, those between $200K and $250K will see their taxes unchanged. Those above that group will see the Bush tax cuts rolled back and those below that group will get a bigger tax cut.
