    3/4th %, or 3-4%. Pretty sure it’s the latter.

    In 2005, the U.S. produced 5 million barrels of oil a day. Global production was up to 82.5 million barrels a day.
    (There’s no accurate method to measure global reserves.) By the 2005 estimate, it’s 6%.
